A professional and friendly service from start to finish.

I called John for a quote. He called round to the house within a few hours and immediately identified from his stock the carpet required to match our existing carpet. He measured up, gave a figure there and then and we agreed a date and time a couple of weeks in advance. A few days beforehand, he text to REMIND us (I've NEVER had that from a Contractor!) about key arrangements as we were going on holiday. We came back to find the job completed perfectly.

Nothing but praise for John Bayley and his fitters ! We have used John for our flooring in our previous property and twice in our current property and he has so much time for his customers. Always a pleasure to see him and his service and prices are second to none! Would recommend him to anyone and everyone. Extremely happy with our new lounge, stair & hall carpet and bedroom.
