I saw John about a nagging upper back pain and by doing an assessment he quickly identified what the issue was. After the first treatment I was already feeling like a new person! He is very knowledgeable in what he does and he explains exactly the different techniques he's using and their benefits. I highly recommend being treated by John if you want to feel better!

Best Sport Massage I have had in Bedford

I am a regular client of johns, playing lots of sport and having had plenty of sports massages in the past. John has a great touch and has fixed a few little niggles that I have had for years. He notices my knee was slightly out of line and this was causing a lot of other issues.
would recommend him to anyone
