Joe's Jungle Soft Play

I visited today with a group of friends, it was untidy dirty cups and trays of half eaten cake everywhere, we was part of the party the children didnt get there food until 535, by this time it was cold when served, it wasnt organised at all very disappointed, there was children running up and down the slide knocking other kids over like skittles and climbing up all the netting (health and safety needs reviewing), needs looking into as the staff was minimal

We had my daughter 10th birthday party at joes jungle, the laser party, all the kids loved it, we around and all staff are so friendly, helpful and we'll organised, very clean, food was good, and prizes for the kids after too thank you so much

Went with my son and his friends to Joe's Jungle Redditch Softplay, they loved it, bright , clean and comfortable, food very good and reasonable prices, staff very helpful and polte, will definitely be going again, suitable for children of all ages , better than your average Softplay areas.

My son had his 5th birthday party at Joes Jungle on Saturday evening. We booked the venue exclusively for 24 of his school friends. When we arrived at the venue it was clean and tidy. The staff were extremely helpful and organised everything that we needed, nothing was too much trouble and we were really impressed by how helpful and friendly the staff were. The food for the children was great, a variety of fresh fruit, vegetables, sausage rolls, sandwiches, cakes and ice cream. All the children had a fantastic time. Would definitely book a children's party at Joes Jungle again. Thank you to all the staff who helped to make my little boys day!

My children were invited to a party here at the weekend and they loved it, so much so I ended up booking it for my daughter's party ! It's recently undergone a refurbishment and a good one too. The food was excellent and the homemade cakes are to die for ! The new management were extremely friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. Well worth a visit.
