Sadly although most of the staff are nice enough chaps the end product is not what was promised and although when I paid the final balance out of respect because they assured me that any issues would be put right and resolved as a priority and if any further issues arose no matter how long after completion they would return and rectify l am still waiting for the floor tile issues to be resolved l pointed out after they were laid that they did not appear to be level which became apparent when the grouting came away they applied more grouting 3 further times after which the same issue arose now the tiles have movement and although I’ve contacted them numerous times and called into the local branch but they are ignoring the issue! I had other issues which I allowed to go now I wish that I had been firmer with them and withheld the final balance until the issues were rectified! I do feel that they should show more care to a female who lives alone recovering from a Brain Haemorrhage!

Top Quality Job.

We had Jobel back in 2016 to fit a new downstairs shower/clockroom, we were so happy with the quality and attention to detail that we had them fit two en-suites and a wet room, and a titivate of the bathroom. Again they have done a fantastic job. We had some extras added, and this was no problem for them. We were very happy they even helped us with soundproofing, whereby we could hear footsteps from the en-suite above, now we can’t hear that. Ours hasn’t been without a few hiccups, though everything gets sorted, without a fuss. The chaps are all hard working, Richard, Dale, & Lewis and a few others. Daniel the owner of Jobel came out a few times to check on things. At the same time we had a roofer working, and Daniel spoke to the roofer to see if he could fit a roof vent slate so Jobel could vent all en-suites and bathrooms outside, where they were originally being vented into our loft. We are very happy, and can’t wait for our family to come & stay.

Great service from start to finish. Planning and design was skilfully done, fitting was excellent and the price was much cheaper than the competitors that we checked with.

Exceptional work carried out in good time

We had Jobel come and quote for the fitting of a shower and some shower board for us. From the very beginning they filled us with confidence - Daniel came to the house that same day and even gave us a few options for showers, steering us in the right direction.

They booked us in pretty quickly and Lewis came round to fit the board and shower. From day one he was lovely - so sweet with our dog who kept bothering him and so polite. He did an absolutely outstanding job and we couldn't be happier with it. The finish is lovely and done to an exceptional standard and it only took one full work day.

We will definitely be having them back for our en-suite in the future. I can't recommend them enough.
