I cannot speak highly enough about Ian Watts & Son. They recently carried out the funeral of my wife Christine Edwards. Everyone involved were so professional. Special mention must go to Joanne Hume. She was so helpful and and showed understanding and made some very helpful suggestions which enhanced the day. I would recommend them an excellent family business

My Mother sadly passed on Friday 3rd February.
As with every grieving family we had the job of sorting my mums wishes
and arranging her cremation.
At a time when I was in despair and panic and finding it hard to cope. "Joanne" From Ian Watts and sons Caldicot, Was there to support us all.
Not only was she professional she made me feel she was supposed to be part of my mums final journey.
She was there to answer every question, she was there when I needed support (whatever time I Called or Emailed) and arranged everything to make such a hard time, manageable.
I would like to thank all the staff from the bottom of my heart for being there for us all.
