I've had JN Plumbing & Heating out a few times to resolve issues in my last property as well as existing one. John always replies promptly and arrives very quick; last time I sent him a text at 7am due to a leak that was discovered the night before and he was here by 8am and wasted no time putting the wheels in motion to get the problem solved. John recently went to the bother of liaising with Scottish Water on my behalf to help give credence to an issue I had to get them to resolve that he didn't really need to and he continues to be of great assistance in both this and the separate leak within my property that is my responsibility. His prices are extremely reasonable and will only charge you if work has been done. He is a first class tradesman who won't let you down and I would endorse him to anyone.

Woke up yesterday morning to a burst pipe in my bathroom. Tried a couple of numbers but no joy. Tried JN Heating and Plumbing and John was out straight away. He couldn't have been nicer, was very professional and even went out of his way to get an essential hard to get part. Will definitely recommend and use again.
