Received no invoice and no proper correspondence regarding an issue I had after his work was done

Had my rear brakes and brake pads done from this mechanic. I chose him out of convenience as i did not have the time. He arrived as planned and he changed what needed to be changed. I asked him for an invoice and was told that it will get emailed to me which I trusted. I got no email from him. I then told him that there is now a squealing sound coming from the back which was not there before and only recently i found out that one of the springs had been broken when changing the discs. When i first told him about it he didn't think there was any problem as I was worried just in case any of the parts were faulty and only he could return them. He did not seem to care about the noise issue. Mistakes by mechanics do happen and I get that but it is also their responsibility if the work is not properly to come and fix so will not bother him again
