JM14 Sports Massage

I have been struggling with a lack of movement as I have a frozen shoulder after having a car accident in January. I had a wonderful experience receiving a sports massage from Jay this morning. He was polite and respectful throughout the whole treatment. Jay took to time to listen and focus a lot of the treatment on the areas I needed the most help with. He also took into consideration that I have fibromyalgia and adjusted the pressure accordingly for my condition. I would highly recommend a massage from Jay as I have already experienced a vast improvement in just one session and will be booking in for another one.

After suffering with lower back pain for a number of years and going to different therapists including chiropractors and physiotherapists my results with Jay have been fantastic. Improved mobility and a massive reduction in pain not to mention being able to touch my toes after just one session on my legs.
