1Hi Mark, I'm sorry you're not happy with the work we carried out. All the radiators were replaced like for like, apart from two rooms where a heat calculation was done and the radiators fitted met the heating requirement. This job was an Affordable Warmth Grant which means the Housing Executive allow so much per Sq foot for panel radiators! So I can't understand how you feel conned as you didn't have to pay as it was covered by the grant. All the radiators have a ten year guarantee.
