Jay and Team - May I firstly say thank you for a fantastic job done.

Having spoken to a number of comparable businesses to take on the work we were most impressed with JL Smith Decorators. Initial and ongoing contact through to job completion was excellent.

On the job, the team were quiet and worked very hard, ensuring that neighbours were not bothered with the works happening in close proximity. Feedback from the neighbours was similarly excellent.

Quality of workmanship - Ok, so as with work of this type time will tell but, having checked all areas thoroughly I am so very please with the standard that the team have set.

Value for money - Although JL Smith were not the cheapest they were certainly worth every penny spent! (they were also not the dearest in the area)

I would highly recommend Jay and the team to any prospective customers.

I had a very tatty hall, stairs anx landing.
W/C, and 2 rooms all needing a good amount of prep including wood work and ceilings.
Jay was great from start to finish and the finish in all the areas and even stayed late to get it all finished.

Great experience from beginning to end - accurate and detailed quote, regular updates and finished on time. Really impressed with quality and attention to detail of the decorating work on final inspection.

We used JL Smith decorators (Jay and his team) just before the winter really set in to bring our windows up to scratch before any serious weathering occurred or the structural integrity of our home was compromised as it were. They did some minor wood repairs along the way and were very professional and informative in their approach keeping me up to date throughout the job/process. No nasty surprises on the invoice with extra's too. Very impressed. Highly recommend

I own a business on the high street and JL Smith Decorators recently completed a refurbishment on my premises to an extremely high standard; couldn't recommend them anymore. Jay and his team are very professional, I will definitely be using them again!
