Phoned and left message of what work I needed carried out but no reply - totally annoying -- it only takes a few minutes to get back to someone and let them know if you're busy or can't do the work!

Jim came out to tackle cutting back my front and back garden hedging, after recently purchasing the property, these hadn't been cut in some time.
