1She arrived 10 minutes late, was in a bad mood when my friend opened the door, f'd and blinded for the less than 5 minutes that she was there and then walked out - but not before demanding £15 from my friend.
My friend is terminal and really didn't need this kind of upset; and if that is the nicest person that works for Jill I'd hate to see the others
