JF fitted an electric car charger at our house. We were really impressed with the service - we needed it installed in short order and James sorted out quote and fitting very quickly. He came back afterwards to help ensure everything ran smoothly. Would highly recommend

EICR and Electrical Remedial Works for Private Landlord in N13

To meet new requirements on private landlords, I needed an Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) carried out a property I've owned with my wife for over 10 years. I knew some remedial works would be required as the electrics hadn't been looked at since the initial 2008 report. Rather than line the pockets of my nationally known estate agency with their sometimes 100% mark up (I checked), I wanted a local contractor who I could trust and use for future work. I found James from JF Electrical/Mechanical who undertook the work. He established a good rapport with the tenant who has previously not allowed access. It required a few visits as the electrics were not straightforward. The works were substantial and the final price reasonable given the time spent. And I have an EICR which is good for 5 years. Very happy landlord.

James fitted a new fuse board and removed the old one for us. He did a great job especially with old wiring. Arrived on time when he said he would and was very professional. Would highly recommend. Definitely will contact James again for anymore electrical work. Great job.
