I used this company to have a diamond replaced on one ring and a pearl on another. I would definitely recommend them.
The service I received from Ryan was efficient and honest with very professional customer service. Ryan kept in contact with me sending me photos and offering advice without any pressure of ‘upselling'. When I received my rings back they both looked beautiful, the diamond one had been cleaned, polished and looked absolutely brand new.
With the coloured pearl ring Ryan sent me a photo first to see If I liked the replacement pearl before it was set.
The company are great at responding to emails quickly and offer the choice of posting by special envelope or making an appointment.

Excellent service and a beautiful job done on an old opal ring belonging to my Grandmother. The ring is now on my on my partners finger and is beautiful. The quote was based on photographs that he took prior to restoring the ring as I couldn't get into town. Return by registered post. Thank you.
