Our experience with JETArch Design has only been positive - from initial consultation and beyond, James and his team have been responsive, supportive and professional. We initally instructed the team to design a single storey extension, however it soon became clear to us that there was an opportunity to change that to a two-storey extension as the foundations would be there.

James was very adaptable and ameniable and the designs were updated to reflect our new needs. The planning process was really smooth and taken care of by the team and we are really excited to start works.

I highly recommend JETArch Design Ltd for his creative input, preparing planning submission and detailed drawings, coordinating with structural engineers and the council. Everyone who saw his drawings commented on the accuracy and detail. JetArch is a one-stop shop and they impressed me with the speed and quality of their work (conducting review meetings on Zoom during the Pandemic while updating the drawings on a shared screen!) and general availability. James and his team all show ownership of the work and made regular visits to the site to check on the progress and offer solutions to unforeseen problems.

From the first consultation, it was clear that James wanted to understand how we wanted to live in and use the space first and foremost and designed to suit. After presenting a few initial concepts, these were soon refined into a final concept for development. The planning process was made easy and we were kept up to date with progress and communication was frequent and clear. Anything that required our input was explained and options discussed where appropriate. Even when we were indecisive, James would make suggestions that made sense and clearly understood what would and wouldn't work for us, while also considering practicality as well as creating something that is a little bit out of the ordinary.

Overall we cannot fault the service provided and we look forward to completing the extension and reconfiguration that JETArch have designed for us. We would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future.
