Elliott very professional, friendly & reliable & does a good job!

Used Elliott to service and repair my leaking boiler. Booked a home visit in advance and was given an approximate time of arrival. Boiler serviced and problem identified. Faulty part bought and fitted later that day. Fantastic service and a nice bloke also will definitely use again!

Brilliant service from this company. I was a bit concerned that because it was only a small job (disconnection of a range cooker) I would struggle to get someone to do it. Elliott was great ,turned up on time and on a day that suited me, had the job done in no time. Our boiler decided to abandoned us in the coldest period of the year. We called Elliott, which sorted a visit so quick to determine if something could have been done to our poor boiler.

As too many important pieces inside of the boiler broke down at the same time, Elliott advised us to buy a new one and gave us a list of good brands, listing all the good qualities for each boiler. He also did some technical tests to better recommend the one that can suits our needs.

Elliott found the boiler we wanted in no time, and came to install it. He completed the job in one day so we could be able to use hot water and central heating.

He also explained us how to take good care of the boiler, as well as the function of the thermostat. He made himself available in case we need any help.

We find Elliott very reliable, an expert in this field, and he's knowledgeable. We'll definitely call him back for any plumbing job we need to do or any emergency.
