She has a wealth of knowledge and a great stock of real hair replacements, which is just what I was looking for. She is a skilled hairdresser too, so she can tailor the hair replacement to suit your personal preference. I tried on several until I found one that was perfect. I couldn't wait to pick it up the following week and when I walked out of her salon, I felt like me again! I can't tell you what a huge difference having that new hair made to me. Losing your hair through chemotherapy is really tough, this was going to be the 3rd time that I would go through chemo again and I would watch my hair fall out again and cry. I decided to treat myself to a real hair wig this time and looked online for a wig & hair replacement business, I liked the reviews and videos on Jennifer Effie’s website and felt drawn to it. Jennifer has been the light when it came to recognising myself and building my self esteem back up. Jennifer is an inspiration and truly a heart warming beautiful women. Jennifer puts her upmost heart and soul into this for women suffering with Alopecia and those undergoing cancer treatments who have lost their hair. I’m so glad I found her as she has given me a lot of my confidence back. I had a consultation initially with Jennifer and we went through styles, colour, textures and what would lift me up again. I purchased two beautiful real hair wigs. Jennifer had them coloured and styled to how they would naturally look on me as though I hadn’t lost my hair at all. I waited around 3 weeks which wasn’t an issue at all. The quality of these wigs are done to perfection. Jennifer also provides after care service too. For those who feel lost and do not recognise themselves. You can fully trust Jennifer. I was given all the videos and step by step process on how to look after my wigs.

Jennifer was amazing as soon as I stepped through the door, she was so welcoming and made me feel comfortable straight away and really listened to what I wanted. Her service was quick, efficient and friendly. From the moment we met, she has kept me up to date with the whole process and is contactable for any problems you may have. Nothing is too much trouble for her. During my fitting, she made sure I was completely happy with my hair and checked I was confident fitting it.
