If you have a Supra DO NOT take it here

If you have a Supra DO NOT take it here. Garage is totally incompetent. I have a pretty much brand new 3000 Mile GR Supra. The car is almost totally brand new after driving 30 mins in it the car breaks down because of a battery fault which then caused the car to overheat (A common issue for the Supra a simple google would show you) The car has been with them over almost a month and has only needed basic things changing (battery/water pump/ fanbelt) and I am still waiting. No hire car offered impossible to get in touch with them overall totally shocking service.

Let down

I had the clutch on my Avensis replaced at Jemca Bracknell. After 7,500 miles, I then had problems with the new clutch juddering and burning. I expected Jemca to fix this without quibble, but no. They wanted to strip the gearbox and clutch, then only if they could identify a specific fault would they take responsibility. Otherwise, I would have to pay for that investigation work and more. So they were to be judge and jury with me expected to acquiesce. This after 7,500 miles on a new clutch. The fact that I have been a customer for twenty years, having bought three new cars from the garage, and having both my current Toyotas regularly serviced there meant nothing. Profit over customer service.
