A family business with over 30 years experience, qualified in complementary / holistic therapies. We are members of the Reiki Federation, Complementary & Natural Health Council (CNHC) and the Federation of Spiritual Healers.

Promoting and practicing wellbeing of mind, body and soul. We are able to work with individuals to focus on the health of the body and mind and help ease any dis-ease or discomfort.

All the therapies are very relaxing and beneficial, working on the physical, mental and emotional levels for clients and are very good in lowering levels of anxiety and stress. All therapies work well alongside medication and doctor's diagnosis.

Essential oils have deep healing properties and can help will all sorts of ailments. Come and speak to our aromatherapist for an individual consultation or chat and we can mix up a cream on site. These are also great to put in oil burners to help freshen any room and clean the environment naturally.
Beautiful henna designs are available at Jehandra, from just £3.
A wide variety of crystals are available such as Amethyst, Amazonite, Amber right through to Unakite, Yellow Jasper and Yellow Calcite. Crystal shapes such as bowls, charging plates, spheres, pyramids, generators and wands.
A wide variety of incense available at Jehandra including Nag Champa, Satya and Stamford, cones, sticks and backburners.

We have a wide choice of crystal pendants for you to choose from. All come with a description card, a leaflet of how to cleanse and programme your crystal and a little bag to keep it safe.

A array of crystal bracelets, such as chakra bracelets, where you can add your favourite essential oil to the porous lava beads and wear the vibration of not only the crystal but the essential oil as well.
Session of ear candling combined with Reiki is available at Jehandra for a soothing treatment to help with Tinnitus, Glue Ear, Sinusitis, Rhinitis, Hay fever, Tension headaches, Stress and excess ear wax.
You can't see us in the HIgh Street, Shifnal, but we are between Top Dog Barbers and Shifnal Phones, Unit 10. We are a small shop and therapy room with a lot to offer.

This therapy is great for re-aligning your energy centres and giving you the energy boost and cleansing of old, or negative, tired or worn out feelings that you need right now.
Crystals are placed on the client at the energy centres for chakra balancing to cleanse and calm the energy field, leaving you feeling calm, relaxed and energised. The crystals intensify the healers energy to bring the body and mind back into balance.

I went to Jehandra for Chakra balancing.

The best massage ever!

I have had many massages by Suzanne and I have never experienced better anywhere! When I go in, I'm bent double and cannot straighten my back, but when I leave, I would be accepted (apart from my age 78 years old) in the Grenadier Guards. I feel at least 20 years younger. Wonderful! Fantastic! Terry J.

I have been to Suzanne for about 3 months now, had varied treatments and pleased with them all. She helps me to find the right one and all treatments I have had I have felt huge benefits. Reiki and back and shoulder is great! So highly recommend her.
