Poor service again.
21 had broken parts in it replaced no fuss.
2 had parts missing, sent parts outs.
3 Charged £12 for next day delivery and order does not turn up, Waiting to see what happens now.
This is poor service I should not be having to contact them to complain each delivery it should be right. I will not use them again.

However, with regards to this last order, we cannot be responsible for the courier not delivering on a next day service. We pay for a next day service and very rarely the courier lets us down, unfortunately on this occasion they did and it was your parcel. Your parcel was misrouted at the hub last week and should be with you this morning. As compensation, I would like to offer you free delivery on your next order if you decide to use us again. We value your custom and would be very sad if you went elsewhere, but that is your decision.
