Very rude phone call

I have an issue with a calliper for a jeep Cherokee. It has seized. I took it to my mechanic and he inform me that the calliper had failed. I Phoned Jeep Chrysler Parts to find out what we can do. I spoke to a manage who wouldn't let get speak and get my point across. We ending up speaking over each other. First of all he said he doesn't sell that part when they clearly do because I brought it of there eBay page. I gave them my VIN number to check if its the right part. I sent a video of all the smoke poring out of the wheel. He said that my jeep is heavily modified because my knuckle wasn't standard and I shouldn't have brought the calliper, so its my fault it failed and why didn't I by a better calliper. My jeep is lifted and has bigger tyres on it, that's it. The axle is standard from factory. I painted the knuckle red and he thinks that's a heavy mod. Breaks go by axle weight and have no bearing its lifted or not. Just trying to worm he's way out. Now he has blocked me on eBay.

Dangerous and poorly performug parts, abysmal customer service.

Had two steering parts sent to me and fitted by a Jeep specialist. He commented on the quality, but they were new so I told him to go ahead. Couple of months later the vehicle lost all steering. The part had sheared off.
I contacted JCP who asked for pictures, I sent pictures, they asked for more, I sent more at the angles they asked for of the part on and off the car. You knew when they had the right picture as they went quiet. They then became abusive, blamed me, the mechanic etc,
They then went back to denying they ever had any pictures, and presumed I was the normal liars they deal with as I hadn't sent the picture they wanted, so I resent the picture. They again became abusive and name calling, stating that I had learnt some magic from harry potter and could use a camera (They had- and I still have the 15 images PLUS and engineers report sent)

After this passed, the second part also snapped in the same way, same place, same casting flaw. Now going to court this time!
