Perfect guys for the Job!

The turn around time was just what we needed and the variety was plenty for what we required! would highly recommend JDS for the job for quality of product, fitting and accommodation for timing!

Gym floor. Great service.

An outstanding service. Pleased with my gym carpet. I called the company and the customer service was great. They booked me in with no delays, arrived on time and literally fitted the carpet under two hours. They also stayed in touch with me and provided me with an update in terms of carpet order. I will definitely be using them in the future. The carpet was stuck to the floor properly, left no gaps and they were absolutely polite. Thank you for the service. Definitely recommend everyone to get in touch with GDS flooring as they are amazing.

Letdown

On the day of fitting I received a call from JDS at 10:35 that cut out after two rings. I assumed this was accidental, or perhaps there was difficulty finding my street. I checked out the window and saw their van, so could see that they had found my house and waited for them to get what they needed and knock on. However, after about 5 minutes and still no knock, I checked again and their van had gone. I then rang JDS again (at 10:44), but no answer. I rang six times throughout the day, and also messaged - again with no answer.

I rang again on the 21st to see if there was an explanation. They stated that they had called me, I had 'hung up' (this would be the call that dropped after two rings), and so they left.

So without ever actually knocking on my door, they abandoned the job entirely. There was no reason to believe I wanted the job cancelled, as I had messaged at 09:38 regarding an ETA. Thankfully, I found another fitter that came out at short notice, and charged 1/3 less.

Great service and great quality.

Would highly recommend JDS flooring. Great service and a lovely job. Love my new stair carpet, and the quality of it too. can’t wait for him to come back and do my living room.
