GUTTERING REPAIR AND CLEAN

I called John out twice to carry out repairs on my guttering. On both occasions he came out promptly despite being given very little notice. The work carried out was excellent. He is very approachable and knowledgeable. I have no hesitation in recommending.

A recommended builder

John was recommended to me through a neighbour he was very responsive to messages and came out to my mums property to review work required he was polite very thorough knowledgeable and honest he made helpful suggestions and we look forward to John completing the work I would recommend him to friends and family 👍

Fantastic End Results!

VERY rare that I leave a review, but JD BUILDERS warrant my time and gratitude. I contracted JD BUILDERS after reading the positive reviews and praise. I can honestly say, now having been a customer, the previous statements are 100% accurate. John and Tim completed 3 different Jobs for me. I was given a fair price and an agreed start date. The work involved fitting new uPVC windows and Doors, removing an old roof, building a new one, relaying with slate, plastering, building an external brick wall & rendering and weather proofing my property. Both John and Tim conducted themselves in a proffesional manner, worked tidy and diligently, completing all work to a very high standard. Both kept regular hrs, attended every day on time and would always always let me when they would be here. Communication was second to none, I was informed of progress and next steps on a regular basis. End result is first class workmanship and I am a very happy customer. I can not recommend JD BUILDERS enough!

Absolutely Brilliant. Honest, Fair Priced and Professional.

John and Tim just completed our bathroom and we cannot be happier with it. Their attention to detail is second to none. They work cleanly, safely and they’re highly professional. John will explain everything he’s doing and why he’s doing it and if he believes what you want isn’t the best way to do it then he will explain what he thinks and give you options. We’ll be using John exclusively from now to do all of the jobs that need doing on our house.

Professional, knowledgeable, helpful and reasonably priced!

I rarely give a review at the quote stage of a job but I have to say John spent almost an hour and a half investigating possible causes of a number of damp issues around the house on visiting the property. Very helpful advice was given, followed by a detailed breakdown of jobs to be done and a very reasonably priced written quote 24hrs later. Having had seven builders in recently to assess damage and work needed, John proved to be the most knowledgeable and the person who I feel totally confident in giving the job to.
