Lee did a complete refit of our ensuite, a cubicle with rain shower and tiled walls around the room. We were going to have an electric pump fitted but we went for a new unvented system instead as he offered a competitive price, glad we did as it is 98% efficient, heats tank full of water in 30 mins once a day, and we now have a wonderful hot water pressure all around the house. Communications were excellent and any questions answered. He is punctual, polite and friendly and always cleaned up thoroughly at the end of the session. Lee is very easy to have around and does an excellent job. Highly recommended!

From the outset, when Lee Clarke visited to assess what work would be required, to advise on recommendations and anticipated outcomes, and in providing a Quote that covered all eventualities should additional materials, adjustments and fitting be required it was clear by his honesty and transparency that without any doubt, JCL Plumbing and Heating was the company to entrust with the work that needed doing. This decision was underlined by the Quote provided, which was clearly without any inflated details or suggestions of work or services, which Lee made clear upon his visit were not necessarily required.
On the day of the work Lee was accompanied by his engineer colleague Chris. From the moment they began right through until the work was completed, they worked ceaselessly, taking no rest breaks, but concentrating on their work with constant professionalism. Respectful of the property, every work area was left spotless. Lee, and Chris were extremely friendly and completely trustworthy.

Recently used Lee at JCL to complete some work. He is reliable, honest, knowledgeable and his work is to a high standard. I would highly recommend and will certainly be using in the future.
