Needed the security system decommisioned at our property and JC Security came and performed a very professional job. Explained what was being caried out and left the system so that it could easily be re-instated if need be. The service engineer (Ade) was prompt, Tidy in his work, professional and polite. Great service.

With a new car on the drive and a baby on the way I wanted a good CCTV and Alarm System installed. I had several quotes varying in price but when looking at the finer detail with regards to quality, without question, the better standard of equipment was coming from JC Security.

The service I received was excellent from start to finish. Jamie turned up on time to do the initial survey. A quote was received in writing that evening. The install was completed over 3 days and finalised with both my wife and I receiving a full demonstration of how everything worked (Jamie also setup the apps for us on our phones). The work itself was extremely neat with all cables etc. being hidden (this was one of our initial worries).

JC Security explore our options with us and were able to install a system that was individualised for what we needed. The system was installed quickly with no mess. He took the time to make sure we understood how the system worked and were confident that it was the way we wanted it. Customer service has been great following the installation when we decided we wanted to expand the system into the garage as well. Everything is linked together and controlled by a remote control Fob so we don't have to remember any passwords. We also get a text if the system is triggered which is great for peace of mind when on holiday. Securing the house is as easy as locking my car! Highly recommend JC Security no matter the size of the job!

I have recently had home security cameras fitted by JC Security. Following my initial request I received a visit from Jamie who withput being pushy advised me on what were the best type of cameras and most suitable location. I requested an estimate which I received promptly and at a very competitive price.
