Just been to this chippy on a whim after looking at reviews for North Shields area.
I work in the Town Centre and have tried a few of the chippys around and about and down on the Fish Quay.
I must say my first impressions were great, nice people with friendly greeting.
When I got back to work my colleague and myself were very impressed with the food we had (Chip Butties with Curry and one with Gravy and battered sausages)
The food was perfect and plentiful.
We will definitely be returning here in the future and recommending it to friends and family.
Don't be complacent and go to your normal chippy, give this one a try.
Not to forget the politeness and lovely manners of the staff/owners.

Amazing service and food!
We have been going here for years.
Even though we have moved further away from Jazz’s this is still the only place the children will have chips from! Cod bites are delicious!

The chips are amazing and the woman who serves us everytime (Jazz I think!) is the loveliest person you could ever meet! If everyone who worked in customer service was like her, the world would be a much much nicer place. Thank you for the amazing chips (and the slush)!!
