Malcolm, at Jay carpets, was very helpful, and seemed to know just what we wanted. Ordered stair carpet same day 1 st Feb. delivered and fitted on 6 th Feb. Superb customer service, excellent fitting. Highly recommend Jay Carpets ,Malcolm, at Jay Carpets was excellent when we were looking for stair carpet,very helpful.
