I was recommended Jayne through Solitaire Brides in Midsomer Norton where I bought my wedding dress. Jayne was incredibly easy to book in with; I emailed her and she responded quickly with a few dates for a fitting. Due to covid, my wedding was postponed twice and Jayne was extremely accommodating. She sent me her price list in advance of my fitting so I knew roughy what to expect. I had my first fitting at her house - she has a dedicated room for fittings which was very clean and private. I had fallen out of love with my dress, having had it for 2 years but Jayne made me fall back in love with it as her alterations were spot on. I lost my mum to cancer last year, which I did tell Jayne, and she not only helped me with my dress but gave me the mumsy help and advice that I would have otherwise got from my own mum :-) Jayne’s pricing was fair and her attention to detail is immaculate. My dress was lace with many layers and you wouldn’t know it’s been shortened and had a shoulder lift!

What can I say? Jayne is fantastic from start to finish. My wedding dress alteration was completed to perfection.

Jayne is a warm, friendly and helpful professional. Jayne altered my wedding dress, not only putting in place covid secure measures to ensure this could go ahead, but also making it feel special. Jayne knew exactly what to recommend, and worked with me to ensure I felt great in the dress. I have just picked it up, it fits perfectly, and Jayne has made me super excited to wear it on the day now. Jayne is really responsive and helpful.

Jayne was lovely to work with from start to finish. She was so helpful with my dress and all alterations were prompt and to a high standard.
