Jaykey Construction is a vibrant West Midlands based construction company formed in 2012, by Directors Dean Walker & Lee Butler, who between them have over 30 years of experience in construction.

We are happy to undertake projects across the whole of the UK, whether they be domestic, industrial or specialist works.

Our range of skills includes:

Quick, kind, and great workmanship.

Jaykey Ltd did a fantastic job taking down an internal wall to create a larger bedroom for me; from start to finish they were friendly, informative and very thorough. Jack and Lee did a great job and made sure there was minimal disruption to the rest of the house (this was essential a I am 8 months pregnant with a toddler and dog!). The work was finished much quicker than I expected and the standard is great. Very happy, I’ve already recommended Jaykey to a couple of friends in need of good builders!

Kitchen refurbishment.

We have been very impressed with the service we have received from Jaykey construction. Extremely professional, attentive, friendly and very polite and the job was completed on time and to a high standard.
We were so impressed that we have requested Jaykey construction to complete more refurbishments for us. Fantastic and highly reliable company which we would highly recommend.

2 storey extension

We agreed price with another building company and we had nothing but hassle! Late turning up, unprofessional, etc. So we sourced another company through a family friend. From the moment Jaykey Ltd turned up to the day they left they were superb in every way. Their workman were very polite and I felt comfortable leaving them in my home when I needed to go out. They left the house and site tidy every day. And above all the workmanship was second to none. Nothing I asked of them was too much trouble.
I would highly recommend and will definitely use them in the future.

Highly recommend this company!!!

Special mention to Lee for his excellent work and professionalism for building the wall in such a short space of time.

Orangery and new kitchen

Hi I chose this company because they looked and sounded very professional and I wasn't wrong. They done work on my parents home so new there workmanship. From the start to the finish they was good. Me and my husband are pleased with our new kitchen and orangery. Would highly recommend there work and would use them again.
