I took my Samsung phone to Jay Tee as it wouldnt turn on/charge. The service I recieved was excellent and so efficient. I was advised that the battery needed replacing, which he could order that day and I could pick the phone up the next day. Couldn't ask for anymore.

My IPad was a huge challenge as the replaced part did not fix the issue. Jay put it right and despite all the extra hours put in to fix it he would not accept any additional money. How refreshing in an age of money grabbing to find someone who is ethical honest and went above expectations. I thoroughly recommend.

Good job well and quickly done, and at a very modest price.

'JT' came out in his mobile van in 15 minutes from me calling him in Town/near the shop (currently we're all under lockdown rules of course). I suggested a poss. solution I'd seen online, but he soon figured out (no surprise) that wasn't the solution but in fact it was some disconnected wires/connections (prob. from a couple of recent'drops' of the 'phone at home). Took him about half an hour, or slightly less, inc. bothering to explain what he'd done and the careful method of re-affixing of the screen/body securely. The charge was very modest for the callout, work, time and effort, so I happily rounded it up. Not to mention the success of fixing it!

Very impressed. I will certainly seek to use 'JT' again, and recommend him to the family. Thanks JT. Good job, well done.

iPad Air Screen Repair

Had my iPad Air screen (1st gen) replaced today by Jay Tee. He did a great job on it and now my iPad is just as good as new. Within two hours of taking the device in I was back collecting it! Can highly recommend Jay Tee for speedy and quality repairs.

I took a 'Dell XPS 15' laptop to Curry's PC World on warranty and they were unable to repair it. Jay did it today in probably less than one hour. Each occasion we've taken anything to Jay he's been on the ball, good repairs and fair price. This guy is much more genuine, more honest and more capable of getting it right than anywhere else in Cheltenham or Gloucester that we've tried previously. Respect. (Bugger you, PC World's Team Knowhow,,, (know 'F' all)
