This is by far the best end of tenancy clean I’ve ever used in London! Would recommend them for any cleaning needs at all. Super helpful and great communication. Some of his team were unwell but he didn’t let us down and even helped himself which was great. Thanks so much again for everything, would use them again 100%

Aggressive and unprofessional: Did a bad end of tenancy clean and would not fix it

February, I had ‘Jay’ do an end of tenancy cleaning. He indicated he was a professional and has done many such with full money back from the landlord. Due to his claimed guarantee of satisfaction and hours of 'work', I paid him.

He was however unprofessional, irritable, aggressive [squared up to me] and irresponsible. He did a bad job and then blocked me when I asked him to fix the many listed problems identified by the letting agent. I had to pay another £200 to fix his rubbish work.

He 'finished' around 8:30pm at night [dark]. I came to have a quick look, but I am no end of tenancy checker and I assumed he was a professional [with a terrible attitude]. I found several obvious problems, some I fixed on the spot ,he made excuses. When we discussed our tense interactions [I was very decent while he was irritable and aggressive] that day, he squared up to me, saying 'and what are you going to do about it'.

I cannot emphasize enough how terrible his attitude was. Avoid him.

Fantastic service. Jay Jay was very polite. Professional and I was very pleased with how clean my flat was. He cleaned my 2 bedroom flat single-handedly! In just a few hours. I’d definitely recommend.
