Extortionate Pricing for Non-existent Issues

Completely made up issues with my car so they could attempt to charge me over £900 for my car, when it could in fact be fixed for under £100. Luckily I got a second opinion from a trusted mechanic and found that everything they had said was completely false.

Not only that, but their service was unprofessional. I am unsure as to where all of the positive reviews have come from. Please avoid.

Repair on BMW 320D

Excellent Service, collected my BMW before work, fixed fault and returned to driveway with keys and invoice through the letter box same day, no hassle, price was reasonable, have already recommended to friends. John is a highly knowledgeable guy.

Jaw Automotive is an outstanding garage

John & Terry are excellent guys. They do a great job and never overcharge. One thing I particularly like about these guys is their integrity. I've dealt with a few mechanics in the past that inflate the cost & do rubbish jobs but that is not the case at JAW Automotive. They are quick & will get your car up & running in no time. They always look for a cost-saving way for their customers. They are always very friendly. God bless you guys. Many thanks

John and Matt are fantastic people to deal with - they did a great job again for me today, under-quote and bang on time. You can't ask for more than that. They have a great attitude, have superb knowledge, and certainly get my vote. Trust is worth a lot.
