A gem of a find. Extremely responsive and great service.

We recently experienced a problem with our automatic garage door. I knew that the main supplier locally would simply try to sell me an unnecessary replacement.

I left a message for Jason and he came back to me within 30 minutes. We set up a convenient time for him to visit and he was bang on time, with a courtesy call in advance.

After demonstrating the problem Jason explained the issue and got to work fixing it. Super responsive, very knowledgable, professional and very reasonably priced, I wouldn't hesitate recommending him to anyone. If there were 6 stars to give then he would get them.

Fabulous Service!

A thoroughly first class service throughout! Jason responded to an email query within 10 minutes of me sending, arranged to meet the following day, and fixed our garage door very quickly. He didn’t try to sell me things we didn’t need, was extremely knowledgeable, and even fixed a couple of vents that had blown off in the wind! It is rare to find such good customer service. Thank you!
