Purchased a £90 voucher for my dad to enjoy a couples back massage.
Went to try and use voucher and they stated there was a 6 month expiry date however after explaining he was only 1 month over the alleged expiry date (which they don't stipulate when you purchase the voucher ) , I informed them my dad suffering from long covid and had been in and out if hospital during this time but Thomas the manager WAS NOT INTERESTED in the slightest
HAPPY TO TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT show poor customer service in return
NEVER AGAIN will I be purchasing any vouchers or attending my monthly massage at this place

A man who works here tried to start a fight with my friend because his work van was parked outside the venue. My friend tried to apologise and was leaving anyway but the man continued to harrass him and statt a physical fight. Reading these reciews, clear staff members have an attitude problem.
