Our brand new centre offers a great range of professional therapies. Although this centre is new, our practitioners are not and have many years of experience in their own practices. We have very carefully brought practitioners together who can confidently address many of today's health problems. We offer Acupuncture, Cupping and Moxibustion, Podiatry (Chiropody) a range of massages, including full sports massage services (from pre and post event, injury repair and recovery and performance enhancement), Spa Massage, Shiatsu and Chinese Medical Massage (known as Tuina), Reflexology, Chinese Herbal Medicine, Nutritional and Lifestyle advice. 5I have had a lot of massages and can honestly say that Heather was by far the best. I felt so at ease and relaxed and afterwards felt amazing and relieved of some of my pain. She even gave me a hot stones massage at the end to relax me more. I am definitely going back, as the small time relief from pain is worth every penny. Well done Heather, you did yourself proud and I couldn't recommend you enough.
