First class experience. It is rare to discover a company who respond quickly and professionally to an enquiry, especially when the job needed is not a big one with potential for lots of profit. This company turned up exactly when they said they would, quoted quickly, were very sensitive to the vulnerability of my father keeping me fully informed at every step. They produced work of the finest quality in a calm, measured and professional manner. They left the site spotless removing the old dilapidated gate and have been professional after the job has been completed. A special mention to Dave....top man...great with my dad.

My dad wants Jardine’s to do more work for him so we have another small project on the go.

I suggested this company to my father, based on online reviews and photos of previous work. From what people had written, I expected that communication might be a bit slow at first, but it was terrible. After an initial enquiry, the company had to be reminded to send someone round. Then they had to be prompted to send the quote through. Then they did not answer questions about the quote and my father pulled the plug. They were polite in response, but it was as though they did not want the job, even though it was simple enough and the quote was more expensive than anticipated.

Jardine's Joinery recently fitted a new bespoke European oak front door with glass side panels in our home. We have been very happy with the job from the initial contact through to after sales service. Any queries have been responded to in a helpful and timely manner. The door itself is a high quality product and the fitting was carried out in a professional way by the company. I would highly recommend them.

Jardines have recently renovated our staircase. The staircase was tricky (old house that we have renovated) but they did an absolutely fantastic job. Joinery work was done in one day and then back to fit the glass in less than hour. They arrived on time, were very efficient and tidy - even hoovered up after they had finished.
