Fantastic Customer service

Following a poor experience ordering a brand new Land Rover Evoque from Marshall’s in Ipswich. I spoke to Gavin at Jardine Landrover in Milton Keynes who not only restored my faith in Landrover but was very understanding, patient, helpful, friendly and couldn’t do enough for me. Plus excellent and keep me in the loop on the delivery time of my new Landrover.
On the day of collection Gavin and Damien couldn’t do enough for me, showing me how to use my new car and making the whole experience amazing and one which I will remember. I certainly will be recommending Jardine Landrover Milton Keynes, and will use them for my next new car in a few years.

Shocking Service and Disappointing Car Quality

My husband and I were lied to by the staff members claiming certain actions were carried out, which then transpired they weren’t. We spent hours on the phone trying to get an urgent repair sorted and all the times we were promised someone will call back, they didn’t. The fault that should never even happen on the car that’s worth over £40k was not taken care of properly and as a result we are much worse off financially trying to sell the car, especially with the delays this whole process cost us. Extended warranty also hasn’t approved the repair either which is absolutely shocking as well. So disappointed and dissatisfied with the quality of the car itself and the service we have received at the end of owning the car. A separate complaint has been made directly to Land Rover as well so you will be hearing from them as well.

The Worst Experience Ever

Shocking service. They won't give you a direct number to speak to the dealer. When you call you get through to a central number with junior staff working from home who are only allowed to try to connect you 3 times per 24 hours! I didn't get an update on my vehicle for 2 days as I just couldn't get through and wasted hours on the phone trying to do so. Their Aftersales Manager Gary Jones has absolutely no idea how to look after what should be valued customers. I will never set foot in this dealer again and will never buy another Range Rover. Avoid this place at all costs.
