I can't rate them highly enough. There was good communication to arrange for them to come, came when said (huge plus for me) took the stuff away, all for a reasonable price. They were professional and polite. Will definitely use again.

No show after promises

Spoke to John on Monday and agreed a price to collect ,20 bags rubbish . Collection was agreed after 2.00pm I worked in garage with door open and in front garden till 4.30 when I left message on his mobile to ask what was happening .No response . On Tuesday I left another message. But again no response.
Gave one star as this minimum you can give .Cannot comment on collection service but his customer service needs a lot of attention

This person would not answer his phone when i rang to re arrange as had a family issue He had Bt screening on his house phone and would not pic up or his line is faulty Never mind its not the end of the world 😎

Lovely guy. Friendly helpful service. Turned up when he said he would and provided his licence to carry waste. Would definitely use again and recommend.
