Excellent service

Excellent service! My son came home from holiday to a flat battery at Prestwick airport. I called J&M who were with him within half an hour and had him in his way. And all on a Sunday evening.

After the AA let me down today I had to use J&M Recovery Services in Kilmarnock. Very professional team took my car in for repair and ran me home to my house address. Very much appreciated.

J&M came to tow my vehicle away for repair and I was absolutely delighted with the care that was taken in getting the vehicle onto the flatbed. The driver side from suspension coil had gone on my Audi and the bumper was (if even) 1 inch off the ground.

Great care was taken not to damage the bumper/car and would definitely not hesitate to use them again.

Friendly staff. A Kelly
