We had a problem with our 7-year old dishwasher, and asked Janco to have a look. An economical repair was not possible, so after a few questions of what we were looking for in a dishwasher, and indicating our price bandwidth, Russell suggested four models for us to choose from. He took away our old dishwasher, and a week later came and fitted the new one we selected.

Russell worked fast, clean and tidy, was super friendly and gave us some initial instructions on how to use our new dishwasher. I would higly recommend Russell and Janco to anyone.

Russell attended our property to investigate an issue that we had with our Bosch dishwasher and advised it would be cheaper to buy a new one.
He came around a few days later took away to old one and installed the new one and even demonstrated how to use the machine

I haven't used them since they had a shop on Victoria Rd, bumped into his partner who put us back in touch with him and he didn't dissapoint. Totally professional, didn't just sort out the dishwasher, he also had a look at the dryer and saved us a couple of hundred by a quick repair instead of us leaving it till it died. Excellent, I have already recommended him to work colleagues and will continue to do so.
