Wouldn’t recommend to anybody. Lady was rude as anything, I asked for advice on a hole in my trousers and she shrugged her shoulders and her response was “what do you want me to do about it”. Hilarious considering on the door it says alterations and repairs. Looks like she clearly can’t be bothered to even try stitch a hole together for me, she then responded to me again with “I’m not a miracle worker” Avoid.

Friendly ladies who do an excellent job. Have taken them a variety of garments for various alterations e.g .shortening trousers, moving buttons, shortening jacket arms and much more.They always get it right for a fair price.

Perfect repairs

Just wanted to thank the staff at Jane sewing box for repairing 2 items I bought in last week. The first was my grandsons parka, the hood had been ripped off during a boisterous playtime. The other item was my favourite leather jacket, the zip had broken. Both items were repaired perfectly, will definitely recommend this place to friends and family. Will be needing your skills again, my other grandson has broken the zip on his school coat. I
