We are over the moon with the final finish of the bathroom. Cannot find any faults with Jamie his atetude and workmanship is first class highly recommended

Didn't bother to turn up and not returning voicemail

Phoned Jamie to enquire about getting a waste disposal unit fitted, he was quite busy and said I'd have to wait a couple of weeks until he was able to do it. Not ideal but thought I'd get it booked in with him anyway. Booked an appointment with him for this morning at 9AM. He did not turn up. Gave him a call an hour later at 10AM and he did not pick up. Left a voicemail which has been ignored (it is now 15:45PM). Absolute waste of time, can't believe I waited two weeks and he didn't even bother to show or return my calls - not happy.

Could not believe what happened

I have a aeverely disabled grandaughter who is oxygen dependent. In the bitterly cold yesterday evening their boiler packed up and so they had no hot water or heating. Tried Jamies Plumbers as it advertises as open until 11pm. Got answered by what seemed like somone at a party who had had too much. So i hung up. Was then rang back by them and what sounded like a drunk. So i hung up. Ended up getting a great guy from Swaffham. It was a serioua situation. Thanks Jamies Plumbers!

Leak repair

Needed urgent attention to leaking heating valve. Jamie gave us a time and there he was as promised. Job sorted in just over the hour and all up and running again.
Cost was less than I forecast too. What's not to like.

High quality Plumbing, kitchen and bathroom fitting

I suspect, there's no end to Jamie's talents. I was first given his contact details in order to quote for servicing our boiler. Since then he's helped fit a garden irrigation system, re-tiled the bathroom floor and is currently working with us to redesign the kitchen! Maybe I'll ask him to redecorate the house, hang the curtains and choose the new sofa!
