Excellent service from Gary at James Hay memorials , he went above and beyond to memorise the inscription on my son’s headstone helping me at a very difficult time with ideas on the inscription , a very fast and efficient service that I would certainty recommend .

I used James Hay to add additional wording to our family headstone after my husband passed away. The service was excellent and Gary was always very helpful. I am absolutely delighted with the headstone and cant thank Gary enough.

We needed a headstone to be in place for my Dad's interment within a couple of months. We'd had no luck so far as others had said it would take around 4 months after we'd placed an order. I decided to look around and noticed James Hay Memorials had good reviews online. Gary was extremely helpful with his advice, not only reassuring us that he felt sure he could have it ready, but also in working with Fife Council to make sure the foundation would be laid in time. This weekend he let us know the headstone was in place a full three weeks ahead of schedule. The craftsmanship and lettering is excellent, exactly as Mum imagined it and most importantly we feel we've done Dad proud. Very happy, and we would recommend James Hay Memorials to anyone who asked.

I've nothing to but good things to say about Gary and the team at James Hay Memorials. Expecting a few tough decisions, Gary talked me through process and suggested some options that he thought would nice. There was no pressure, or pushy sales chat, infact quite the opposite. Once we decided what we wanted, he mocked it up on his computer so we could see what it would look like when completed. The other side of team completed the work on the headstone to perfection. It's never easy dealing with these things but I would 100% recommend Gary and the team at James Hay Memorial.
