The best funeral ever.

Jim arranged the funeral of my husband in March 2019. This is the second time that i have dealt with a funeral director but the first time that I have used James. I have to say that my experience this time round was so much better. James and his family and staff gave a truly personal service that is second to none. We were comforted and guided through the whole traumatic process with compassion and care, nothing was too much trouble and I felt as though we were the only family who needed help. He, his son and all of the staff are so genuine and they really care about their customers. Any little problems were dealt with easily, this includes allowing family members the opportunity to visit the chapel of rest at times that would probably not be convenient for other funeral directors.
All of this at a cost far below that of the previous funeral. Well done James and family. A truly memorable experience, we shall use your services again if we ever need in the future.

Jim has arranged a few funerals for our family now and we would never go anywhere else, he and his son are amazing at what they do and care so much, they are passionate and understanding and caring. We have just lost our dear Mother so suddenly and Jim arranged everything for us which was so much help whilst we were grieving. his services are second to none from coming to see us, to arranging to see her at his chapel of rest, to the funeral and burial of her ashes with our dear Dad he has been so outstanding. Thankyou Jim we will never forget what you have done for our family and would recommend you to everyone in their time of need.

First class service! From beginning to end James organised everything for my mams funeral and made it so easy for us! It was a privilege to have James and his son look after my mam! Truly compassionate about everything they do! Can't thank you enough

James arranged my mothers funeral in 2012 and he was perfect for what we needed and as he said looked after my mam, we were that happy with him that after losing my dad in august 2014 we did not hesitate to ask him to look after my dad. He is compasionate friendly and very efficient.
