Unreliable, wouldn’t recommend

Seemed like an alright bloke. Booked James in over a month in advance, 10 days before he confirmed the date for the scaffold to go up. I told him that’s fine and the house renovation would stop to let him get his scaffolding up before the rest goes up (just to make it easier for him).

On the day it was supposed to start I text him. No reply. Ghosted us. Called him multiple times and left him messages even saying it’s fine if he can’t do it, just to tell us know. Still no reply. After 4 days he replied saying he had an operation and couldn’t do it, which isn’t true as I know someone who knows him. He got another job. Subsequently we are now facing some leaks.

Full roof replacement

James and his team replaced our detached house roof through difficult weather conditions and the installation of solar panels on 2 of the roof faces. Kept us informed throughout. We are really happy with the workmanship and final look of roof. We’ve had comments from neighbours and friends on what a good job they have done. Definitely recommend.

Bay Roof Repair

We found a leak in our bedroom ceiling coming from the bay window. I contacted James and he came out very quickly to assess the situation and came back to me with 3 different priced options along with his recommendation the same day. The service once is I decided was very quick and the work done is to a great standard. Will certainly be using again for any future issues
