Stuck door lock

James attended to fix a stuck front door lock. He attended within an hour of my call even though I called at 7/7:30 in the morning.
He quickly identified the issue and fixed it without having to replace the part.
The service was great and would definitely use again if needed.

Lack of transparency on T&Cs regarding cancellations. No clear pricing approach and lack of professionalism. Overpriced services.

Called James when my patio doors wouldn't lock. Very friendly and professional, he showed me the issue and fixed it quickly and easily. Price was reasonable as well. Would definitely use again!
