Amazing service as always from James and all his lovely staff. My husbands Tag watch had stopped working and Tag quoted over £230 to service it. I decided to take it down to James (should have done this in the first place). Two minutes to take a look and James advised that all it needed was a new battery....£15!! My family and I have been using James for over 20 years and always had wonderful service. Highly recommend. 5* Thank you.

Very poor customer service, rude and unhelpful

My father's wedding ring needed to be smaller for my son to use at his wedding. Unfortunately JB made it too small. I did not have the receipt when I picked it up for the 2nd time and was met with rudeness a bad atmosphere and appalling attitude by Mr James Bloor. Very disappointed. Poor service.

Been using James and the team for many years. I always find the perfect item. Service is what you wish everybody strive to offer. Repairs are speedy and they always stay in touch. Great place to use.

A lovely little Jewellery Shop

I love this jewellery shop. I have bought many items of jewellery From this shop over the last 30+ years. I used to visit it monthly when I got paid in order to treat myself with a well earned piece of jewellery, Many of the pieces I still own today. I still have a bracelet in one of the supplied Brown plastic boxes.. I real throw back to my teenage years and still pleasant to see the service unlike with many big stores is still second to none..
