'After leaving the Royal Air Force in 2008 I started as a local Personal Trainer. Since then I have been helping people with their health and fitness related goals, from fat loss or weight management to strength and endurance.

I have helped hundreds of people get to and beyond where they want to be.

My motto is Eat Well - Move More - Stay Strong. I will help you every step of the way to change your current habits and create new long lasting ones.

Eating well is a balance of getting the food and nutrients you need whilst still maintaining the lifestyle you enjoy.

Move more as it's key to keep our activity up not just in the gym but generally in daily life.

Girls Really Can Lift

I attend small group training sessions with James and 2-3 others. Each 1 hour session is varied and incorporates resistance training, mobility work and cardio for good measure too! He is very focused on teaching good form - I am really confident with kettle bell exercises and really enjoy the variation. We are now working on deadlift technique...proof that girls can and should lift! A great coach both during class and supportive outside of the gym too. A fab trainer for small groups and 1-1 sessions.

Great, approachabletrainer with wide range of knowledge

Great trainer who's has amazing knowledge and a personal approach to each session.

I've been training with James for years now and he's really helped shape the way I train. I used to train hard and now I train smart.
James has been great at helping me work though injuries and imbalances in my body, as well as push what I thought I could achieve physically and mentally.
