'After leaving the Royal Air Force in 2008 I started as a local Personal Trainer. Since then I have been helping people with their health and fitness related goals, from fat loss or weight management to strength and endurance.
I have helped hundreds of people get to and beyond where they want to be.
My motto is Eat Well - Move More - Stay Strong. I will help you every step of the way to change your current habits and create new long lasting ones.
Eating well is a balance of getting the food and nutrients you need whilst still maintaining the lifestyle you enjoy.
Move more as it's key to keep our activity up not just in the gym but generally in daily life.
