James was referred to us through a good friend who said he did an amazing job on their 4 flat house, including basement. We were concerned that a big project like that, couldn’t be completed by one person. James proved to be not only reliable and trustworthy but more than capable of that.

We were reassured, especially after being let down by of contracts we’ve relied on in the past. I would always encourage people to check reviews.

James is, quite simply, the best painter and decorator that we have ever used. We had to wait several months for him to be available but he was definitely worth the wait. We will never use anyone else again!
As well as being a very pleasant person to deal with, James is an absolute perfectionist when it comes to his work and will only sign off from a job when he is happy with everything and when he knows that you, the client, is also happy. Added to this, James is incredibly tidy and always very punctual. I only wish all tradespeople were this professional.

We have presented James with some challenging tasks ...eg painting our lounge walls a deep red shortly after having cream carpets put down. Perfect paintwork, carpets left immaculate.
