I called to take delivery of a rental van at 12-10pm on a Saturday morning (the booking was from 12pm) but the woman who eventually came to the door refused me, saying the office was shut. BUT the website (below in blue) says that the Saturday opening hours are 8:30am - 12:30pm. This is not a reflection on the general service I've received over many years which has been good. But this has caused me serious transport problems and others might like to be warned to avoid this problem (or James and Jenkins correct their publicity).
